First person POVs

Can I get some tips to write the first person POV/internal monologue? I find it easy to write the third POV, but I like the impact of first person POV while reading. I know it needs me to get into the head of the character. But besides this, what can I do to write it better?

Editing tips please

I have been thinking about editing a book I wrote when I had just begun to write. Can I get some important(or even less important) tips to do it productively and in a better way... since I am best at procrastinating and also, editing seems to be more difficult than writing the first, second drafts.

I want to write about a character who takes therapy due to their past traumas. If possible, can you all suggest me some books or articles to read so I can get some insights about it? I want it to be realistic and include research based knowledge, not just details from personal experiences.

What's one reason behind the separation between main leads of a romance novel you read that was so baseless? (Suppose they reunited after that)

Let's see who got the worst one here...🥀

What are the things which will make you DNF a fantasy novel?

For me, it's either lack of research, if the author is taking inspiration from an existing source. Or when there is no depth in the representation of the fantasy world. I prefer losing myself into that world, but what's the point if I can't feel any connection with the characters.

About reading it multiple times...

A book that goes beyond reality, but with a solid background, and not just magical powers and other fantasical elements being thrown at once. Also... when the book is not just about romance, but has risky plot turns, I would love to reread it.

What about you?

Need some recommendations to get rid of my reading slump.

Looking for a completed book which has a satisfying ending, no matter if sad ending. Also, I love the healing trope, but the trauma should have a strong basis, not born out of nowhere. And... plus point if it has mutual pining.

So, what are you all reading these days on Wattpad India? 🐥
