I wanna know if any person here want to do a export import business in Nepal? If you are up then we can discuss

I am a 23 years old boy from India. I have a graduation degree in Physics. But I want to start a rice mill. But the entry cost is too high for me. I have done research and it needs INR 1 crore plus to start the business effectively. As I don't have the capital I want to monetize my other skill. I want to sell oil potrait painting at USD 2 per sq-inch to American and European citizen. But to reach the right customer I again have to do marketing and that also needs money. I have contacted with a marketing company and it's demanding INR 2 lakh to set up website and marketing. As I am still studying, this amount is also high for me. What should I do? How to get some first initial customer without massive paid marketing?
