I often feel like a fraud because I usually eat everyday, so I often feel like I need to fast for days to call myself sick. I was wondering if anyone can relate?

How long did the honeymoon phase in anorexia last for you? Curious cause I just found out this was a thing. Makes sense as that would explain why the high I used to get no longer seems to be there
