We’re looking for someone creative, fast and genuinely obsessed with sport, jerseys, colour, branding and modern sportswear aesthetics.

You’d probably fit this role if:
• You spend too much time looking at kits, brands and sportswear concepts
• You know your way around Adobe Illustrator
• You understand sublimation artwork and layouts
• You can turn ideas into clean, production-ready designs
• You enjoy fast-paced creative environments and quick turnarounds
• You have a good eye for colour, graphics and modern aesthetics

Big bonus if you:
• Understand garment panels / techpacks
• Have merch or streetwear fashion sense
• Have worked on teamwear before

This role involves:
• Designing custom jerseys, training wear, hoodies and merchandise
• Creating print-ready artwork and CADs
• Working on concepts across multiple sports and teams
• Handling revisions and bringing ideas to life quickly
• Working closely with production and the creative team

💰 AED 7,000–9,000 depending on experience and capability

Looking for someone who understands jerseys, sublimation, Illustrator and modern sportswear aesthetics. Techpack/panel knowledge is a huge bonus. Having fashion sense for merchandise is a huge plus as well.

🔹 Operations & Production Coordinator

(AED 3,500–4,000)

Highly organized and proactive. You’ll oversee job orders, production flow, prioritization, raw material management, QC, packing and delivery coordination while keeping projects moving smoothly across departments.

🔹 Accountant / Finance Assistant

(AED 4,000–AED5,000)

Handling invoicing, payment follow-ups, reconciliations and website sales/accounting entries. Previous experience in manufacturing businesses, costing and pricing calculations is a bonus.

(Salary depending on experience & capabilities)

Looking for someone creative and sports-obsessed to help shape the direction of the brand across social media, campaigns, website aesthetics, content ideas, storytelling and growth. Someone who understands modern branding, sports culture and how to build an exciting brand online.

🔹 Content Creator / Videographer

(Salary depending on experience & capabilities)

Looking for someone skilled in videography, photography, reels, editing and content creation to help elevate our social media and website presence. You’ll create founder-led content, podcast/interview style videos, product shoots, BTS factory content, client shoots and more. Bonus if you’re into sports, streetwear and creative storytelling.

🔹 Sales Executive – Corporate / Embroidery / Workwear / Merchandise Items 

(Base AED 2,000 + commission)

Looking for someone confident with B2B sales, relationship building and closing deals.
