does anyone know how to replace battery on this model, how to open it

i have this pen flashlight not even a year old and it fail to charge and blinking after long use and i call them explain it was a gift and they want a reciept or have to be the original owner of the tool! and they want me to pay $95 to repair! i will never ever buy a snap on tool!
