I decided to upgrade my a1 by getting the ams pro 2 so can print multiply colors. don't know what im doing what im doing wrong ever since i installed it ive only got it to print once correctly. It will run the filmet to the hub to hub does nothing than pulls it back into the machine. It does this several times before giving me a filment loading error. I've tried moving the hub and changing the tubes but it doesn't work. I don't know what i did wrong. Please help 😭
