What time should I get there if my graduation is at 8am I really don’t want to be there and want to show up the late’s acceptable time

Hi I applied to the CSUN MSW program in January I have not heard back yet and it’s almost may (deadline to hear back is may15) does this mean I didn’t get in or do I still have a chance
