I was 216 at my highest, post pregnancy Jan 2025. Lost some with no effort then stayed between 180-190 for that year. I’ve been taking it seriously since February 2026 and am down to 169. But now it’s going soooo slow. Like .8oz a week. I understand that the first woosh was because of the diet and exercise I added but my question is do I need to change anything up? I eat around 1200-1400 calories and walk 5x a week for 1-3 miles. I am happy with how much I eat, I never feel “starved” just have some unhealthy cravings that I either ignore or work into my deficit. If I need to drop down on calories I guess I could adjust. For reference I’m 5’0. But if I keep going and “slow and steady” gets me there I’m okay with that too. Just looking for opinions sorry if this is a ramble. 5’0 SW 216, CW 169.8 GW 135
