Planted trillium recurvatum in east central Illinois
I planted three bare root prairie trillium (Trillium recurvatum). I tucked them next to a wood pile that has been breaking down for seven or more years, under a few inches of pine duff, and they seem to be very happy with their placement! They came from Prairie Nursery out of Wisconsin.
