Diet & Increased Inflammation/Irritation

Hi all, about a week ago now I started a new diet with a daily intake of around 1,500 calories and increased exercise (6,000 - 10,000 steps a day). I cut out alcohol about 4 weeks ago, and the discomfort and aches I was feeling under my right rib area had improved significantly. However, almost immediately after I started my calorie deficit I noticed the pain and aching start to become more prevalent.

I was reading up online and apparently when starting a diet it can actually add stress to the liver?? I have yet to see my doctor because I’m currently in the process of switching healthcare plans, but I just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this issue or knew more. Thanks!
