Saw a job posting in SF for Head of Product requiring 6 days onsite per week. $200-250k sounds great until you realize you're essentially working every weekend. Can we please stop normalizing this? The 5-day work week existed for a reason, and startups quietly dismantling it while calling it "hustle culture" is not the flex they think it is.
