Help! TDIU Claim Granted 14 days ago per VERA call BUT claim shows Active still

Hello, my claim recently did some bouncing around from PFN twice back to Decision Review and then back to Reviewing evidence however a VERA call just now said my TDIU Supplemental was granted May 1st (14 days ago), I had no other claims with it that could have been deferred back, at least that I know of. And No letter or benefits update on Va.gov or in the mail. What could be happening here? Has anyone heard of such a disconnect? I don't know whether to celebrate or not.

TDIU Supplemental Claim Moved to Prepare for Notification 3 times

TDIU Supplemental Claim Moved to PFN 3 times then back to Pending decision approval twice and then the 3rd time all the way back to Prepare for Decision again and stuck there for the last week. It's extra torture that it reached that far thinking we'd know any hour to going back to being frozen somewhere 3 steps back. I had a VERA call and they said everything looks good, it could be as simple as a second signature needed (she said not necessarily your case but could be and I feel like it was a nod or a hint that's what it is). The back pay is likely 22k if being granted so doubt its for that and if it were for a trainee situation, I'd think that would have happened during preparation for decision phase not get all the way to PFN multiple times. I'm just grasping at straws here filled with anxiety, if anyone could shed some insight, I would be forever grateful.
