My probation is about to end in 2 weeks and I was wondering if the sparks get activated on its own or do I need to do something to get it. Also I was looked for my contract details on the teams but I can’t seem to find it, can anyone tell me where I can see my contract details like starting date, probation period,etc?

I have to order a uniform jacket for foods and I am not sure about what size to order. my uniform tshirt and jumper is xl which fits fine on me but the trousers I have is 22 but it is still too small for me. Is the jacket true to its size? If someone can recommend a size please.
(Also I like my jackets to be little loose and not too fit on my body)
