Did I overpay for my PlayStation collection?

Did I overpay for my PlayStation collection?

What’s up people from r/PlayStation. Recently I’ve been trying to build up my console and game collection, and honestly I wanted to know if I overpaid for any of this stuff or if I got decent deals overall. I’m putting the prices in USD to make it easier.

- My PS3 Slim cost me about $35 with the power cable included.

- The games were bought separately over time, but combined they add up to around $52, including the Move controller, camera, and the Harry Potter book/accessory.

- The controller is the one thing I regret a bit 😭 I paid around $24 for what was supposed to be an original controller, but after opening it up I realized it was fake.

- The Destiny Edition PS4 originally cost me $30 because it was being sold for parts. After repairing it, upgrading it to a 1TB drive, and buying everything needed, the total ended up being around $94. It’s fully working now except for the disc drive, which died later on.

- The Star Wars V1 controller was also bought as “for parts.” I paid about $8.50 for it, and after repairing it the total investment was around $18.

- I also bought The Last of Us separately for around $9, and it’s in semi-new condition.

So overall, do you guys think I got good deals, or did I spend more than I should have? I’m curious what other collectors and repair people think.
