I'm trying to add a 4-20mA analog output to my project, however I have no experience with current loops. Due to stock limitations (I've already purchased certain components), I'm using an OPA4192 for this, as I was already using it for the 0-10V outputs.

For context, in this case I have a TCA9548A multiplexing the I2C bus so I can drive 8 MCP4725s — I reserved 4 for 0-10V and 4 for 4-20mA.

How does the 4-20mA output schematic look? What am I missing?
On the other side, an ADS1115 with the circuit I have for the analog current inputs.

Please disregard the lack of filter capacitors etc.
