Hi, I am in India, and would like to know, how much % of study is being outsourced to India, for clinical trials/ research. Which county is the biggest hub for clinical trials, and at what place India is? Will clinical studies continue to grow in the future, and will India be a hub for it, or are there any other details that I miss.

I'm working as project management executive in a pre-clinical CRO, which is mostly managing projects and not technical involved in my JD. While in the long run, I feel I can be easily replaced, I'm planning to switch into clinical as my career path. My masters is in clinical research. I'm still confused whether I should stay in pre-clinical CRO or join as Clinical Trial Associate in a clinical CRO (I have got an offer for it). Guide me on the better path, GLP vs GCP, and which has good career path in the long run.
