Hi everyone (31F) here. I had 1 natural missed abortion back in 2022.I was not able conceive agin naturally after that.. We tried IUI 3 times all failed. Jumped into IVF ,did 5 transfers and ended up with 1 missed abortion at 6 weeks,1 chemical,1 ectopic and 2 failed transfers. But all were untested embryos Doctor is unable to find any cause as all my reports are normal.
Later this year I changed clinic and wanted to try with tested embryos.This janauay Doctor did a hysteroscopy and found endometrisis,which he removed.I did my first transfer with 2 euploid AB grade blastocysts this month. But it failed. Doctor suggested me to do another surgery tomorrow to remove my inflamed tissues as it grew back.
I am so so tired mentally and physically with journey. I don’t know what else to ask my doctor for? I am suspecting silent endo..what protocol should i ask him to add?!
Should we try lupron depot or Orlissa?
