My Mom is pretty neglectful when it comes to plants. She does not keep them alive for long. She ignores all of my instructions and just does whatever she wants.

I am the one with the "green thumb" and take special care and attention to my plants, helping them thrive.

I got her and I a desert rose plant before I moved away because it's the only thing she can seem to keep alive and enjoys.

My plant is doing well, growing leaves, and starting to bud. This morning she sends me a picture of hers. Blooming.

I'm proud of her, but also surprised 😂 I am visiting this weekend to check on it and do any maintenance for it.
