Where do y'all buy firewood in the City of Seattle - the bundled kind you bring on camping trips?

I am wanting to create an LLC to transfer my property ownership of my condo. I am wanting to move but hold onto this property to rent however, for reason of privacy, I want to move ownership to an LLC so that a former neighbor cannot track me down and harrass me. (Long story). I also wanted to create a living trust to hold this property/create transfer on my passing etc. (Not going anywhere soon I hope, but planning for the invetible).

Is there any conflict or order of steps to take? Or is there a better solution?

Should I create the trust first or put the property into an LLC formation first?
I own this property outright with a family member - who would be the beneficiary of the Trust.
