hello, i have pretty bad IBS that is mostly triggered by anxiety. for the past week it’s been okay but i’ve had some back and forth constipation to diarrhea. tomorrow i have a choir performance that lasts around 1-1 1/2 hours, and then another the day after. i’m really worried i will have stomach pain or have to use the bathroom during this. does anybody have advice???
