Checked my transaction today and realized that Bilt gave my only 77pts for a $577 transaction. Thought that my point boost reached limit but I still have more than enough. Is it possible they are manually entering points for customers and made an error?

Can someone let me know if it’s an error on their end or I am just being retarded. If it’s their mistakes, how should contact them to get this reconciled. Thank you in advance.
