I was diagnosed with CIS a couple of years ago due to a couple of lesions in my brain and neck leading to temporary partial sensory loss. I couldnt feel temperatures on the left side of my body.

Today is my daughter's fifth birthday and I had to leave my family sitting on the table outside after struggling to keep up conversation for the last couple of hours. It's 27 degrees celsius outside which was a pretty big jump from yesterday's temperature. I had a nap after lunch but the entire afternon I felt completely drained of all energy and like I was wearing a weighted vest, every muscle just felt super weak. I felt some very subtle tingling or numbness in my face which is also what I felt years ago and sometimes when it's hot outside.

I often feel like this in hot weather but on the other hand I have no problem training BJJ in a hot and steamy gym or taking hot showers...

It's just really weird. Could this be due to some form of fatigue or am i overreacting and it's just normal to feel like this in hot weather?

Cheers
