I do not own the new dlc yet, but I've seen that the Sudetenland and Galicia-Lodomeria are new releasables. I've watched some videos and I've noticed that they don't start with any cores like any other normal releasable (at least the Sudetenland). Since they don't have an entry on the wiki yet, I'd like to know how to get them to appear.
