I’m a writer looking for an artist for an original dystopian sci-fi comic titled All Hail Lord Iron.

I have written the entire first issue but am looking for 3/4 pages + a cover to be used for a kickstarter campaign.

Description:

In a dystopian future ruled by the theatrical and omnipresent Lord Iron, an apathetic office worker accidentally saves the tyrant’s life during a public assassination attempt and is unwillingly promoted into a state made symbol of heroism. Forcing him into the heart of the empire’s propaganda machine.

It's a Dystopian political sci-fi with dark satire.

Hi everyone,

I’m a writer looking for a long-term creative collaborator (artist) for an original dystopian sci-fi comic titled All Hail Lord Iron.

I have a background in screenwriting with a Masters Degree in screenwriting so I like to think I know what I'm doing! I've decided to turn one of my ideas (this one) into a comic. I think when you see it you'll understand why.

I’m not looking to hire someone for isolated pages. I’m specifically trying to build this as a true 50/50 co-creation partnership, where both of us shape the world, visuals, pacing, and direction together.

I already have a fully written Issue 1 (22 pages) with complete panel breakdowns, but I’m fully open to reinterpretation and visual restructuring based on whoever I collaborate with. This is not a fixed “do my script exactly” situation.
