Softlocked in the Beyond for nearly 2 months
I encountered a bug and have been softlocked from progressing in the Beyond part of the game for nearly 2 months already.
After I finished rank 26 my game skiped rank 27 and sent me directly to 28, the big problem is that I don't have any of the things I was supposed to unlock during Beyond 27, so I can't progress on rank 28.
The thing is that I have already contacted support multiple times in the last 2 months with no solution.
- March 15th: first contacted with information about the problem
- March 18th: received a response telling to wait for the Beyond 30 update, saying that it would probably solve the issue and to reach back in case it didn't
- March 25th: I contacted back saying that the problem continued even after the update, but got no response.
- April 17th: I sent a new e-mail about the problem
- April 19th: got a response asking me to upload my game progress to the cloud and to reply with the e-mail address used for it.
- April 20th: I replied with the information requested, but once again no response.
I just sent a new e-mail, but I'm losing hope here...
Do anyone here know a way to get them to actually fix the problem? Is there any employee from Computer Lunch that uses this sub that could maybe help me get some attention from their support?
