SUPPORT FOR A BRICKED LUBA

Mammotion support this is ridiculous - multiple chats saying you were going to escalate to the next level support team and you can’t even get an EMAIL out to me for 4 days now.

My Luba js bricked. It will not connect. And it will not shut down to restart. Yes I’ve pulled out the key and reinserted it. Re-docked it - it’s fully charged. Power cycled the hell out of it with no luck. Reinstalled the vision module per your app instruction. That worked! Once. Now it’s bricked again and the vision module reinstall doesn’t work anymore.

I purchased the iNavi 4G coverage the day before the bricking started. Coincidence? Who knows? I can’t get any information out of you.

I’ve been a strong online advocate for your brand and have steered several curious neighbors to your product. I ignored all the warnings that said “yeah - wait till year two when the problems start and you can’t get service.” Well I’m no longer playing brand advocate if I can’t even get AN EMAIL FROM SERVICE.
