Looking to purchase an appt, my budget is 1.4cr. Hopefully near Financial District. Ready to move in or by end of year is fine too. Any suggestions. As of now only Urbanrise Sky Habitat, fits our criteria except the distance to FD. But its near pharama, cola factory (Sales told me the factory will be moving within 3-4 yrs).
Any suggestsion would be helpful
