is anyone else unable to login to their NSLSC/MSCA account? i have been trying to access my profile since january and i keep getting sent in a loop of login pages. GCKey, Interac portal, and provincial (alberta) portal all send me in the same loop or simply show an error page.
I have called for assistance multiple times, however i have yet to speak to someone who is able to fix it. Im unable to see my balance, what account my loan payments come from, or make payments that arent my pre-auth withdrawals. I do plan on mailing in a physical copy of my RAP Application, but I still need to be able to access my online account eventually.
Im very frustrated and have only spoken to one other person who is experiencing this same issue, who told me they havent found a solution yet either.
