Housing for graduate school
Looking at a minimum of two years in Boston. Fall semester courses are Monday-Thursday for 90 minutes each day and usually start in the afternoon.
I’m from the Boston suburbs and lived in Cambridge and Allston for a year each. My initial view was that I’d be wise to get something on the green line or orange line. I mean I already live pretty close to Oak Grove, but that’s a long way home if I hang out in Boston late, so not viewed as viable long term.
Any suggestions that combine convenience and value? I presume I will not be able to drive to campus for class, and back bay seems like it is excessive for me at least in the beginning.
