So the bottom smart screen on my Telly is cracked and un-viewable. I can still blindly navigate to different HDMIs but it would be nice to have a working one. I reached out to Telly to do an exchange. In the past (I've had to exchange them before), since I do not have the original box, I was sent a brand new one and I packed the old TV up in that box and had it sent back to them. This time I guess they are going to have a company come and pack it up, and then I would be receiving a new Telly later on.

My only issue with this is there is no time frame on when a new TV would arrive. Would it be days / Months / years? I have no idea, if they even send one at all. This is the only TV I have, and it's still usable so I don't want to get rid of it if I have to wait months to get a new one. Has anyone had to exchange theirs recently like this? And how long did it take for you to get the replacement?
