Options for Softener Discharge?
I just moved into a new construction single family home in central Florida.
Unfortunately, as an inventory home it was not pre-plumbed for a softener. The water main is on the side of the house near the front porch, while the garage and water heater are in the back of the lot.
The homes are very close together, and there is no nearby electrical outlet to the water main.
Therefore, the plumber presented me two options:
