I'm applying to a department, my resume was accepted and I'm on to the next step. I haven't had too much trouble with anything, but I need to write a 1 page memorandum that in part explains my motivation for becoming a police officer and my reasoning for the specific department. I have never been a very good writer and was hoping to get some advice. Thank you.
