Just like the title says, moved in into an apartment about two months ago (the apartment is connected to the house) and about few weeks in noticed AC was broken. I asked landlord to replace or fix the AC since it’s on the contract for amenities but she refused. Yesterday she came to check the AC and claimed it was not broken when it clearly is and not cooling at all. After I suggested we get a handyman to confirm that it’s broken she quickly admitted that it is broken but she is refusing to fix it. Then we got into an argument about it and I guess she got mad and said I have 30 days to leave the premises… LIKE HUH, over her not fixing/replacing AC. Really frustrated now….
