This might be a bit niche, but has anyone here sought support for post op depression? I recently had my bottom surgery in Thailand and, after a series of complications, have become depressed to a quite scary level. I have supportive friends, but feel I should perhaps seek professional help.

Can anyone recommend any therapists/services that may be able to help with this matter?
