TLDR - can we create a kitchen/living area on the ground floor and turn the first floor reception room into a bedroom with en suite?

We have found a home in our dream area (zone 2 London) think the current layout is odd. Context:

We want to have kitchen/living area on same floor (ground floor)
We want to keep one bathroom on the ground floor but can be toilet only
Ideally, the reception room on the first floor would be made into a large master bedroom w/en suite
As a separate point, is there any way to redesign/move the existing bathrooms so that they have some natural light (currently no windows)?
