Do Ecoflow actually have any customer service ?

I spent over £1000 on a small solar system on 27th March from Ecoflow.

On the 11th April with no contact from Ecoflow or the courier I returned home to find a pallet dumped on the public footpath outside my driveway.

The courier failed to even knock on my front door.

 Upon unloading the pallet I discovered one panel was broken and contacted Ecoflow. They told me to dispose of the broken panel myself - "to make my life easier".

I had to send them the current Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations for the UK before they kindly agreed to collect the broken panel when they delivered my replacement. Unfortunately I have received no delivery date or in fact any contact since.

I tried calling the help line who apologise a lot and promised to raise the issue to a senior manager but Im still waiting.

I cant comment on the system as I still don't have a completed order.

Plug in balcony kits may be a great way forward for the UK but it appears Ecoflow aren't able to offer the customer support for what reads like a good product.

Maybe after I place this review everywhere they may actually reply and give me a delivery date or just a simple reply !

Any advise on how to get them to show any interest would be great.
