Hi everyone! I’m looking to sublease my 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment at Trappers Cove (2nd floor) for the summer.
The Space:
• Layout: 2B1B, approximately 750 sq. ft.
• Views/Light: Great natural lighting! One bedroom faces South and the other faces East. The windows look out onto a large green lawn with beautiful trees and flowers.
• Furniture: If you’re interested, we can provide two beds (sturdy frames and high-quality mattresses). Other furniture like desks and chairs can also be left behind if needed.
Location & Convenience:
• Commute: Only a 10-minute drive to MSU campus.
• Shopping: An 8-minute drive to Meijer, Kroger, and Target.
• Public Transit: A 3-minute walk to the bus stop with direct routes to campus and local supermarkets.
