Best Way to Continue Education
For context: I'm 24(M, not that it matters), and I've done 4 years of a Music Comprehensive/Industry college degree, but about a third didn't count partially because it was overseas. After that, I graduate with an General Associates because I'd completed enough credits, but after some faculty loss, I deferred from returning to that university.
Now, I am two years post, working a decently paid job bartending at a successful start-up restaurant back home, and am training for a separate, sales position.
This is all my prerequisite to establish my background, now, my question is how should I pursue further music education from here? I don't necessarily want to leave here because I have opportunities and live near family, but I very much desire to learn more about creating music.
I've considered the Online Berklee Lessons and looked slightly into the possibility of taking only one class or two, mostly private lessons for Piano/Voice. Is that a realistic option? Do I have to qualify to attend the real Berklee to attend their online school program?
I sure am grateful to any advice you may have, and please do correct me if my post isn't in line with guidelines, I'm new here.
Thanks.
