I don't know if anyone else thought of something like this, but personally, this is how I think it would work.

Every spirit in UCN, controls the animatronic they possess (Not a new concept) but instead of outright possessing them like they did pre fire, they control them like you would a game character, which would make more sense for spirits that have possessed multiple animatronics.

I'll go first. Someone may not have introduced it to me (I came up with it myself as far as I know), but ValkyrieSpiderQueen, Mercy, Widowmaker and Junker Queen from Overwatch. I remember being genuinely surprised to see no content for them and little content of the pairs out of them. I'm curious what your ones are.

So my theory is little bit all over the place (Especially at the start) so bare with me.

Elizabeth is the pigtail girl in the FNAF 4 minigames. The reason she said "See you at the party" despite said party being several days away and being siblings with the BV is because William and Mrs Afton are divorced. Or almost in my theory.

What I think happened is that William and Mrs Afton took a break in their relationship shortly before the BV's death. This is likely due to William being neglectful of his children. Mrs Afton took Elizabeth with her which is why she's only in the neighbourhood and why her room is empty.

After the BV's death, that was when Mrs Afton finalised the divorce. William did manage to keep his children either by winning custody or Mrs Afton dying.

Now, to me, this sounds a lot like The Immortal and the Restless. A neglectful father urged by his wife to pay attention to his child(ren).

Another thing to note is that the last episode of The Immortal and the Restless, the ONLY one where they make up and get back together, is in the fake ending. Prevented by the death of Michael, an Afton kid. Similar to how William and Mrs Afton are prevented from making up by the death of the BV, another Afton kid.

Additionally, I do remember seeing a theory somewhere that what Michael goes through in Sister Location is what he put the BV through in FNAF 4 (ie, hiding under tables, being trapped and unable to leave and of cource, the deaths on night 5, along with the Scooper alarms representing the countdown the FNAF 4 bullies did before the BV died)
