I feel like when I was on 5mg x 3, I could slightly feel it was helping with ruminating and just leveling me out.. Wasnt much effect, but good enough usually. But I started on Saturday of my new dose: 10mg x 2 a day and now for 4 days, ive been having random anger, irritability, ruminating and just in a terrible mood sometimes. This is not unusual behavior for me before Buspar, but I don't see why it suddenly increased again. Im on 5th week of Buspar all together, and I was just wondering if the dosage increase maybe takes some.time for your body to adjust? Like a nervous system jolt?
