When global was released literally EVERY content creator and tiktoker was preaching about the importance of oddities. They said to collect them and trade them to become stronger and instantly I was sold. I will never care about completing exploration or encounters. But oddities are non negotiable for me now.

So 4 months later and EVERY one I assist through co op signposts have a shit ton of oddities lying about. It’s like an ant swarm on the mini map how do people ignore this? No wonder you need help fighting x boss on story difficulty😭😭. What actually happened? When did the content creators stop preaching about oddities, why did they? And how do new players manage to skip or not realize the system that gave them a free weapon at the start of the game was actually goated?

I’m conflicted because I absolutely love every Hexi boss, I guess except the ship. They’re all great and this game makes parrying feel like a dance so yeah just chefs kiss.

My issue is the trial objective asking me to beat a boss in 4minutes. But literally all Hexi bosses all have cut scenes and animations that eat into the timer. I’m here to aura farm with nameless and tang dao. Not spam infernal blades like a degen. The circus boss has been genuinely hilarious because the fight starts at 0:09 and I’m constantly beating him at 4:08.

So what’s the best burst build? Inner ways should be irrelevant I just want to complete the time based objective now.
