Wondering about experiences of anyone using Orlissa for Endo who is also diagnosed with Bipolar. I know it is associated with suicidal ideation and mood changes. There is very little data on it's possible exacerbation of bipolar because Abbvie decided to exclude bipolar persons from all of the safety and efficacy studies.

I do know that the drugs that Orlissa is trying to replace (GnRH agonists) are associated with many reports of inducing mania in people with bipolar.

Just trying to crowd source some data for my daughter who is considering Orlissa, but isn't sure it is worth the risk of an inpatient psych stay.
