I’m about 45 outside of Chicago and I know there’s some old property locations form the 1800s in the surrounding woods/areas. I’ve never detected before but have always been interested. Is anybody in the same area? Have you found success at all? Just wondering if it would be worth pursuing sinking more time and research into the area and buying a detector! Any insight would be much appreciated!
