Trying to do the quests "The Guide" and "Beneath the Streets" but when I attempt to transit from Streets to the Lab, my application stops loading. All I can see is a black screen with the Tarkov cursor, and it never progresses into the loading screen. I have tried everything I can think of including fresh install, already on SSD, cleared cache, checked the integrity of files. Task manager is open to see if it seems to be a component issue, and I don't believe it is. After transiting, my CPU will be ~25%, RAM is at a steady 75-80%, and GPU at 17%.
Eventually, when the game crashes (currently have been waiting for 28 minutes) and I reboot the game, I am at the main menu with the items/loot I had when i transited.

CPU: Intel i7-13700k
GPU: NVIDIA 4080ti
RAM: 32gb DDR5
2tb SSD
Any help/suggestions would be highly appreciated. Really sick of wasting time to do this quest.
