I’m looking for a replacement for 1 room in a 3 BHK in Koramangala from May onwards. Here are the details:
It’s an independent house that’s very close to the Koramangala Club. The house is fully set up with furniture, gadgets and a UPS. Only the bedroom needs to be furnished with a bed and/or desk. There are cupboards, curtains and an attached bathroom. There’s a maid who can also cook if you need. No major restrictions, but we’re slightly older women so we’re not the type to host wild parties. You just have to be chill and good at communicating. I also have a cat, so you have to be cool with that. There’s a separate TV room, a large terrace, and ample parking for a bike. Can also park a car if needed.
*Costs:*
Rent: Rs. 30k per month
Maid: Rs. 8000 split by 3 (extra if you want her to cook for you)
WiFi, electricity and water to be split based on actuals, approx 1500 per person per month.
Deposit: 3 months rent
