Recently found out our boss is in a bit of trouble with the district for mishandling several policies. After finding this out, it was also discovered she has been coming in on Sundays and late in the evenings and going through our classes. Three different teachers (myself included) had notifications on our classroom cameras that there was movement in our rooms. Watching the video, she can be seen going through drawers, files, stacks of paper, computers etc. She had come in a week prior to these incidents starting and asked us all to turn off our cameras due to new district policy (that we still haven’t seen). Fortunately for me, I failed to comply, but if I confront her, she will know I didn’t
Personally, I have nothing to hide, but I feel like my privacy has been violated. Any suggestions on how to move next?
