I’m planning to build or buy a mid-range PC with a budget of around 3000–3500 AED, but I’m not sure where to start.

This budget is only for the PC itself (no peripherals). I’d like advice on where to buy from, whether I should go for a prebuilt or build it myself, and which components would be best for this price range.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
