I bought the Nitro V15 last year, and right from the start, when playing games like Counter-Strike 2, and some games on the Bluestacks emulator, the notebook would shut down unexpectedly. I thought it was a compatibility issue between the game and the emulator, and didn't pay much attention. I then played other games like Days Gone and Assassin's Creed, and the notebook didn't shut down, so I thought it was a problem with the notebook itself. Mid-year, I upgraded the computer's SSD, and then I played games like Red Dead and Valorant, and the computer also shut down in those games. However, since I had added more SSD, I had voided the warranty. I went back at the beginning of the year and managed to fix the Valorant problem by limiting the FPS in the main menu and then unlocking the FPS when entering a match, and the computer no longer shut down. Unfortunately, with Counter-Strike, which is the game I play most, I haven't been able to solve it; it continues to shut down to this day. I've tried everything, reading forums about this problem, and I've updated the BIOS to the latest version. I let the battery charge to 100%, disabled the Wi-Fi option that allows the computer to shut down, downloaded drivers from Intel and Nvidia, and nothing solved the problem. It's really frustrating to spend a lot of money on a laptop and not be able to enjoy it because of a mistake by the brand; it was a really bad experience.
