I know they are commonly cited as the top revenue amenity out there, but I want to know what other hosts think. I have a fairly premium home on Lake Michigan and have been thinking about adding one. I already plan to add a panoramic view sauna next year and am hoping that might be able to capture 80% of the revenue a hot tub would with almost none of the hassle. Do you guys think that adding the hot tub in addition to sauna would be worth it? I just see the constant headaches that maintenance and upkeep seems to bring and it worries me.
