11am-7pm
hello ! im new to this subreddit someone guided me here.
so my sleep schedule for the past week or so has been 11am-7pm. i sleep some more during the night , usually from 1:30am to 4am. i basically sleep through the entire day and do absolutely nothing during the night. this has happened plenty of times before in the past, but i feel like as of right now this has been going on for too long and i need some help. i havent gone outside in 2 weeks bc my pots + this sleep schedule + autism ptsd and depression makes it INCREDIBLY hard to do anything else but shower make dinner then go to sleep again. i really want to start being able to go out again and do better productive things with my days !!!! any advices ? ty!!
